USDA Rural Development has Housing Preservation Grant Funds Available – Grant Application Deadline: March 15 USDA Rural Development is currently accepting Housing Preservation Grant applications. This program provides grants to sponsoring organizations for the repair or rehabilitation of housing occupied by low and very low income people.
Eligible projects include:
Repairing or replacing electrical wiring, foundations, roofs, heating systems, water and waste disposal systems
Handicap accessibility features
Labor and materials
Administrative expenses
