The Housing Trust of Rutland County will be presenting an Open House for the newly created apartments at the Shirley Farr House (formerly known as the Administration Building at the Brandon Training School) and at the newly renovated Erastus Thayer House. The celebrations will take place on Friday, September 6 from 2pm to 4pm at 149 Mulcahy Drive in Brandon. Governor Peter Shumlin will be part of a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to take place at 2:45pm.
