RFP for Mobile Home Plan

The Vermont Department of Economic, Housing and Community Development is seeking a consultant to assist it in long-range planning for the viability and disaster resilience of mobile home ownership and parks. The department is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to research some elements of and draft the plan in collaboration with other organizations and interested stakeholders.
