Job Opportunity: Field Representative at Vermont State Housing Authority

Vermont State Housing Authority, statewide housing provider, needs a professional individual to handle all field operations for a variety of rental housing programs in parts of Franklin and Grand Isle counties. Responsibilities include working with clients, landlords and community organizations; mediating issues; administering and enforcing contracts with property owners; and performing annual reexaminations of tenants and inspections of units under the program. Bachelor’s Degree and two years’ work experience in public or private housing field, including public contact. Individual will be home-based and must reside in either Franklin or Grand Isle county.
