Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Manager at Champlain Housing Trust

Join Champlain Housing Trust’s Property Management team in Burlington, serve the affordable housing needs of a diverse group of people, and manage CHT’s Commercial Property Portfolio. You will be responsible for leasing, marketing, tenant relations, rent collections, rent increase implementation, lease enforcement and compliance with Federal, State and local programs. Qualified applicants must have excellent customer service skills, be organized with attention to detail, able to work independently while enjoying a team environment, communicate effectively, exercise sound judgment, and committed to a membership-based model of community controlled and permanently affordable housing.
