As the Real Estate Asset Manager, you will use your knowledge of building life cycles, systems, and energy efficiency to create and implement capital needs assessments and plans for Champlain Housing Trust’s portfolio of permanently affordable rental properties located throughout northwest Vermont. This position will also be responsible for all data tracking and reporting as required by internal and external sources.
