Most Properties Escape Damage from Irene [from HVT 8-31-11 newsletter]
While there were several Vermont communities that had substantial flood damage-including communities where we have projects-Housing Vermont properties are in very good shape.
As of Tuesday, residents were back in all of the properties except Saxtons River and Proctorsville Green. Clean-up and utility repairs are underway there so that those residents can return.
We appreciate the hard work of our local partners and management agents who responded quickly to the record storm.
