Housing Data Site Updated

Source: VHFA –  Housing Matters Blog, April 12, 2011 “We’ve just completed our latest update to the “Vermont housing data profiles” section of Vermont Housing Data. We’ve added or updated:

1. Comprehensive data about home sales in Vermont (by state, county, and town) for 2010, including average and median prices for primary and vacation homes, by building type and the number of homes sold, according to Vermont property transfer tax data

2. HUD’s 2011 Fair Market and median rent levels

3. “Housing wage” affordability estimates for 2011″
