FY11 HUD Budget Cuts from April 8 CR

Click here, HUD Budget 2010 v 2011 compromise, for a chart that compares the FY10 HUD budget to the FY11 budget compromise proposed in the April 8th Continuing Resolution. Some of the programs that have been zeroed out are: – Family Unification Vouchers – EDI Grants – Neighborhood Initiaitives – Rural Innovation – University Community Fund – Housing Counseling Assistance – Brownfields Redevelopment – Energy Innovation Fund – Transformation Initiative/Mortgage Fraud Some other large cuts: – Section 202 (Housing for the elderly)  & 811 (Housing for persons w/disabilities) are set to be cut in half
