The Citizens’ Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA) announces its 45th Annual Dinner & Meeting. This year’s keynote speaker will be Stuart Rothenberg, editor and publisher of the Rothenberg Political Report. The meeting and dinner will take place on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. The reception begins at 5:30 pm followed by dinner at 7:00 pm.
