Champlain Housing Trust, Cathedral Square, and Housing Vermont is marking the opening of brand new affordable family and senior housing in Burlington’s New North End with Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin and Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger on June 22, and they would love to share their excitment with you. Housing Vermont and Champlain Housing Trust have completed 33 affordable family apartments at the Avenue Apartments. Cathedral Square has just finished 36 apartments at Thayer House.
