Last week CBS News and 60 Minutes aired a story on the possible benefits of finding permanent homes for the most vulnerable homeless individuals who once might have been viewed as unreachable. The story focused on a movement known as the 100,000 Homes Campaign, a campaign targeted to house the most at-risk, chronically homeless.
